Provence Rugby, semi-finalists in the Pro D2 regular season, have confirmed the arrival of Sadek Deghmache for the next two seasons. At 29, the scrum-half is leaving USAP for good, having joined them in 2016 after coming through at Céret, his home club.

With Perpignan, Deghmache played 165 matches and won two Pro D2 titles (2018 and 2021), taking part in their promotions to the Top 14. Short of game time this season, he was loaned to Colomiers in January, where he played 13 matches and scored two tries.

Standing 1.85 m and weighing 90 kg, he was also selected for the France sevens side in 2019. He will strengthen the Provence half-back pairing from the summer of 2025.
