Montpellier are rewarding the architect of their revival. MHR have confirmed a two-year contract extension for head coach Joan Caudullo, following a historic season.

Appointed two years ago, Joan Caudullo turned the Hérault club around and took them all the way to the Top 14 final, where they lost to Stade Toulousain. The campaign also brought a Challenge Cup final.

That success convinced owner Mohed Altrad to extend the partnership. The young head coach and his staff will continue their work at the Septeo Stadium.
