Rodrigue Neti banned for three weeks

He will miss Perpignan on Saturday and the trip to Pau.

Rodrigue Neti left Toulouse with 14 men for more than an hour on Sunday at the Stadium. Despite his red card, Toulouse beat Exeter 43-40 in their Champions Cup opener.

Two games missed

The disciplinary committee handed him a three-week ban, reduced if he completes a specific training programme. In that case he can play again from 2 November: he will miss Saturday’s home game against Perpignan and the trip to Pau on 1 November, and will be available for Clermont’s visit the following weekend.

Another blow for Toulouse

The ban adds to an already full injury list, with twelve players out, including Santiago Chocobares and Tommaso Menoncello, both hurt against Exeter.
