Colomiers round off their back line with a player from New Zealand’s provincial championship. Seamus Bardoul, 1.85 m and 102 kg, has signed a two-year deal.
Twenty-four matches in four seasons
Bardoul arrives from Bay of Plenty, where he had played since 2022. His game time there was limited: one match in his first campaign, nine in 2023, four in 2024, then ten in 2025, his best season. That makes 24 appearances across four editions of the NPC, New Zealand’s provincial championship.
Born on 28 February 1997, he will turn 30 during his contract. His build, 102 kg at 1.85 m, makes him more of a crash-ball centre than a link player.
Two years until 2028
The contract runs for two seasons, until 2028. Colomiers, who start their Pro D2 campaign on 27 August, needed more depth in midfield.
