Léo Coly, Robert Du Preez and now… Lasha Macharashvili. On Tuesday, Aviron Bayonnais announced the arrival of a new signing for the next two seasons. The Georgian prop, 26, arrives from Agen in Pro D2.

The tighthead will also be returning to the Top 14, having spent a season at Montpellier from 2023 to 2024. Before that, the Georgian made his name at Mont-de-Marsan (2019-2023). Bayonne are continuing to build for next season.
