The 2026 U20 World Championship knockout bracket is complete. By winning 26-22 against New Zealand, thanks to an Adrien Drault try in the closing minutes, France qualified for the final. There they will meet defending champions South Africa, comfortable winners over England (53-37) in the other semi-final. The title decider is scheduled for Saturday 18 July at 6.30pm French time, at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium in Tbilisi.

Wales and Scotland will play off for fifth place, while Italy and Ireland target ninth. But all eyes will be on the final, where France will try to overturn a South Africa side coming off a title and a thunderous start to the tournament.
