Little by little, Stade Toulousain are getting their big guns back. After the returns of Paul Costes and Romain Ntamack, notably against Castres, the Red and Black club will be able to count on internationals Anthony Jelonch, who was slightly knocked against Perpignan, and Georges-Henri Colombe, the new signing from La Rochelle.
But that is not all. Ugo Mola and his staff will also have at their disposal Dimitri Delibes, who has enjoyed a good start to the season, loosehead prop David Ainu’u and Italian wing or full-back Ange Capuozzo, a new father.
On the bad news front, there are the injuries to the versatile Joshua Brennan and scrum-half Naoto Saito. The former, hurt against Castres, is expected to be out for several weeks. Hooker Julien Marchand will have to wait to make his return.
In the coming weeks, Toulouse could get back back-rower Mathis Castro-Ferreira and the colossal France international Emmanuel Meafou. Peato Mauvaka and Antoine Dupont, of course, will not be back just yet.
