Frequently asked questions

We address your concerns

Which roles are covered?

Every technical rugby role: coaches (head, assistant, scrum, lineout, defence, attack), strength and conditioning coaches, physios, doctors, video analysts, managers, recruiters.

Can my qualifications be verified?

Yes. Qualification checks (BPJEPS, DEJEPS, DESJEPS) are being rolled out and will add a "verified" badge to your profile.

What if I hold several roles?

One profile per person, with multiple roles. You can list several specialisms on the same profile.

How much does it cost to sign up?

Free. No bank card, no commitment.

How do clubs find me?

Technical directory, search by skill, automatic links to the teams you coach. The more you fill in, the easier you are to find.

Can I close my account later?

Yes, at any time. But two things need to be distinguished to understand what is erased and what is not.

Your personal data (email, profile photo, written biography, contact details, pro profile, listings) is deleted or anonymised on simple request. It belongs to you and you stay in control of it, in line with the GDPR.

Your public data (roles held in the teams coached, periods, past appointments, staff honours), however, is kept. Why? Because it forms journalistic archives of public interest, just like any sports press database. The French press freedom law of 29 July 1881 and the GDPR itself (Article 17(3)(a)) explicitly provide for this exception: a score, a referee's report or a list of honours cannot be erased on individual request, otherwise the collective history of rugby would fade away over time.

In practice: we guarantee your GDPR rights over everything relating to your personal identity, and we preserve the sports archives, like any media outlet covering rugby. Full GDPR policy in the footer.
