The All Blacks are back, a few weeks after the end of the Rugby Championship. On Saturday (9.10pm) the New Zealanders take on a formidable Ireland… in Chicago. A match not to be missed!

For this game, Scott Robertson has decided to stick with the players who made their case last time out. Wing Leroy Carter, number 8 Peter Lakai, flanker Simon Parker, lock Fabian Holland and the centre pairing of Jordie Barrett and Quinn Tupaea are all there.

At fly-half, the Kiwi staff get Beauden Barrett back, having been absent for the last match against Australia. The excellent Ardie Savea and Cameron Roigard, as well as Will Jordan at full-back, will start the game. On the bench, the All Blacks name a heavyweight cast including Fainga’anuku, McKenzie and Tamaiti Williams.

Ireland, for their part, name a “classic” side, and will be able to call on the returning Caelan Doris, who has had a shoulder injury in recent weeks. He takes a place on the bench. Of note, Jack Crowley has been preferred to Sam Prendergast at fly-half. Young Leinster prop Paddy McCarthy (22) will make his first appearance from the bench.
