Temo Matiu has had quite a few days. Capped for the first time by France against England, the 24-year-old has also just signed an extension with UBB. The former Biarritz man, who played basketball in his younger years, will continue the adventure until 2029.

This season, Matiu has established himself at number 8 in Bordeaux. At this stage of the campaign he has featured in 18 matches, 14 of them as a starter. Having arrived in 2024 from BO, the son of Legi Matiu (2 caps for France) still has plenty to show.
