All is well in Montpellier. Sitting solidly second in the Top 14 after their win at Clermont on Saturday (17-20), MHR have now extended one of their key men. Fly-half Domingo Miotti (28) will stay in the Hérault until 2028, the club announced on Tuesday.
Very good news for the Argentinian, who, after a tricky first season, has established himself this year. In the 18 matches he has played so far (including one Challenge Cup game), Miotti has scored 212 points.
Montpellier are sending their rivals an important signal with this latest announcement. As a reminder, MHR have already tied down Lenni Nouchi, Baptiste Erdocio, Billy Vunipola, Auguste Cadot, Justo Piccardo, Gabriel N’Gandebe and Maël Moustin.
