Good news for Bourg-en-Bresse and for Nationale. The FFR appeal commission has decided to clear the Bresse club, as the club itself stated with satisfaction in a release published on Monday. USBPA will therefore take part in the 2026-2027 edition of Nationale next season.

Last February, the “Regulation” panel of the French rugby disciplinary council had handed Bourg-en-Bresse an administrative relegation to Nationale 2, in other words the fourth division, for next season. But the Bresse club’s appeal has been upheld.

USBPA will therefore be able to prepare for next season with rather more peace of mind.
