    Which formats are accepted ?

    Photos : JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC (up to 15 MB per file). Videos : MP4, MOV, WebM, M4V, 3GP (up to 200 MB per file). Maximum 6 files per submission.

    I’m not the author : can I still send it ?

    Only if you have permission from the author AND from anyone identifiable in the content. Without that, please don’t send it : we will decline it.

    What if minors appear in the photo or video ?

    Tick the dedicated box in the form. You must have written permission from the parents or legal guardians. Without that, we will not publish it.

    How long before publication ?

    Within 48 working hours on average. If we select your submission, we’ll notify you by email (if you provided one). Otherwise, your file is deleted from our servers.

    Can I withdraw my permission after publication ?

    Yes, at any time. Write to hello@ruck-zone.fr specifying the title or date of your submission. We will remove the content within 7 days.

    How is my data secured ?

    Received files are stored on our access-restricted servers, scanned by antivirus, and EXIF metadata (including geolocation) is automatically removed before publication.

    I’m a professional photographer : how do you handle this ?
