The France Women line-up to face England on Saturday at the stade des frères André et Guy Boniface in Mont-de-Marsan (9.10pm) has landed. Head coaches David Ortiz and Gaëlle Mignot have decided to bring Carla Neisen into the starting XV, her last cap with the France XV dating back to 2021. She will partner Marine Ménager in the centre.

Another notable return is that of Annaëlle Deshaye. The Stade bordelais prop had to graft to come back from a serious knee injury suffered last summer, which caused her to miss the last Six Nations. Like Neissen, she too will have the chance to show what she can do in this one warm-up test of the summer before the World Cup.

The starting XV : Bourgeois, Grisez, Ménager, Neisen, Arbey – (fh) Arbez, (sh) Chambon – Champon, T. Feleu, Escudera – Fall Raclot, M. Feleu – Bernadou, Bigot, Deshaye.

The bench : Riffonneau, Brosseau, Khalfaoui, Ikahehegi, Maka, Cissokho, Queyroi, Tuy.
