Account deletion

   Open your account

   Go to itsrugby.fr/mon-compte and log in if needed : you'll land directly on the « My account & GDPR » tab of your member area.

   Start the deletion

   In the « Permanently delete my account » section, click the Delete my account button.

   Confirm

   Your account and personal data are deleted immediately, and you're automatically logged out.

From the mobile app, the process is identical : open your member area, then the « My account & GDPR » tab.

If you no longer have access to your account (lost email or password), send your request to hello@ruck-zone.fr with the subject « Account deletion », ideally from the email address linked to your account.

After verifying your identity, deletion is carried out within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.

• Your profile

  Username, name, email address, phone number, password.

• Your preferences

  Favourites, followed clubs and players, notification settings.

• Your membership

  Your member subscription — all our membership levels are free.

• Your emails

  Your contact is removed from our email sending tool (Brevo) : you will no longer receive any emails from us.

• Proof of consent

  Timestamped proof of your consents and their withdrawal, kept in a secure archive to meet our legal obligations (GDPR).

• Technical logs

  Server logs, kept for a short period for security purposes.

• Public content

  Publicly published content (comments, messages during live matches) may remain online but is no longer linked to your account.

• Sports profiles

  Public sports data (player and club profiles, official competition results) are not account data : if you had claimed a profile, the link with your account is broken, but the profile stays online.

Deletion from the website or app is immediate. Requests by email are processed within 30 days maximum after identity verification.
