/bar-area/: editing the page, creating announcements, and managing several establishments from a single account where applicable (multiple listings permitted for bars). - Processing and protection of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. The Partner bar’s undertakings
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information that reflects the reality of the establishment (company name, address, SIRET number, opening hours, photos, etc.) and update it whenever it changes.

7. Intellectual property
Platform: RUCK ZONE retains ownership of the itsrugby.fr platform, its structure, its database, and all editorial content it produces.
Bar content: the Partner bar retains ownership of its name, its logo, and the content (text, photos, videos) it publishes on its page. It grants RUCK ZONE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence for the duration of the partnership, for the sole purpose of listing, operating, and promoting the service.
8. Term and termination at the initiative of the Partner bar
The partnership takes effect upon acceptance of this charter at registration and continues for an indefinite period.
The Partner bar may end it at any time, without notice or compensation, from its personal account area or by e-mail to hello@ruck-zone.fr. Termination results in the removal of the page within 7 days. The manager’s account data is retained within the limits set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Sanctions for breach
Any breach of the undertakings made under this charter (in particular: inaccurate declarations, absence of the required rights or authorisations, non-compliance with applicable regulations, publication of unlawful content, fraud, or jeopardising RUCK ZONE’s rights or reputation) results in immediate termination of the partnership and deletion of the manager’s account, without notice or compensation, and without prejudice to any claim for damages RUCK ZONE may bring.
Depending on the severity of the breach, RUCK ZONE may apply one of the following measures:
- Warning with a request to remedy the breach within a reasonable period (minor breach, first occurrence);
- Temporary suspension of the page and of access to the manager account while the matter is being investigated;
- Immediate termination of the partnership, permanent removal of the page, and deletion of the manager’s account (serious breach, repeat offence, fraud, unlawful content).
The decision is notified by e-mail to the address of the manager’s account. Removal of the page takes place within 7 days for a termination, and immediately for a suspension.
10. Amendment of the charter
RUCK ZONE may amend this charter to reflect legal, regulatory, or editorial developments. Any substantial amendment is notified by e-mail to the manager’s account with 30 days’ notice. Should no objection be raised within that period to hello@ruck-zone.fr, the amendments shall be deemed accepted.
